PAR Bulletin 2- Civil Right Compliance –Grievances The El Paso Independent School District, as part of its compliance with laws and procedures as enforced by the Office for Civil Rights and Texas Education Agency requirements, has provided for student, parents, or employees procedures that preserve the rights and responsibilities of those individuals who register concerns regarding school district procedures and actions. These procedures are outlined in District policies DGBA, FNG, and GF and are codified for the convenience of employees, students, applicants, and parents.. District administrators are required to adhere to the requirements outlined in the aforementioned policies in order to provide timely, thorough, and complete resolution of concerns, complaints, and grievances identified by policy.

PAR Bulletin 4- Accessibility Plans and Pathways – The Plan/Pathways The plan/pathways ensures that students, parents and or employees with disabilities have access to, and an opportunity to participate in, the general curriculum, including the schools programs and services. The plan/pathway is for the student who may enroll tomorrow. The plan is global, not individualized for a specific student.

PAR Bulletin 4- Accessibility Plans and Pathways – The Plan/Pathways The Plan is written for the building in its current state. The pathway should identify the path along accessible hallways, restrooms, labs, water fountains, etc. Campus will provide a copy of the plan/pathway to affected students/parents at the beginning of each year. Temporary changes to plans should be addressed with an alternate solution. The accessible pathway is NOT an evacuation (fire) plan.
