Los acuerdos Just like any other adjective in Spanish, names of professions must change to agree with the object that they describe (in this case, the person they are describing). –Those that end in –o change to -a (e.g. abogado abogada) –Those that end in –r add an a (e.g. profesor profesora) –Those that end in –e or -a dont need to change (e.g. dependiente dependiente, electricista electricista) –Some just have their own special ending (e.g. actor actriz)

¿Qué quieres ser? Quiero ser »Profesor »Enfermera »Abogada »Piloto etc. Note that in Spanish, the article is not used when talking about jobs. So, you do not say quiero ser un profesor as you would in English.
