Spell changes occur in the participle of –ir verbs: (e-i, o-u) Ejemplos: Decir- diciendo Vestir(se)- vistiendo-vistiéndome, etc. Dormir- durmiendo Venir- viniendo *Ir- yendo (irregular) *Poder- pudiendo (irregular) *Traer- trayendo (irregular)

Past progressive w/objects and reflexive pronouns: Ejemplos: When adding direct objects, indirect objects, and reflexive pronouns, you add them to the end of the present participle and add an accent on the a of -ando and the e of -iendo or –yendo. Yo estaba vistiéndome cuando tropecé con el juguete en el suelo. Los paramédicos estaban sintiéndose triste que la persona herida se murió.
