How the Parent Advisory Council works together The President works with the NVMI Administration, PAC Officers, PAC Leads and PAC Members to plan PAC meetings, fundraisers, activities and events. The President will promote events by ways of Facebook, parent emails, fliers, posters and using the school phone system to send recorded messages to NVMI families. PAC Officers and PAC Leads The PAC President will work with PAC Officers and PAC Leads to give them the necessary information to prepare for fundraiser, activity or event.

NVMI Events

PAC Leads and PAC Leaders needed Each company needs (1) PAC Lead to work with the PAC officer in planning events and fundraisers. Each company needs at least (1) PAC Leader for each grade level to work with the PAC team. Please let us know if you are interested and sign up today.

NVMI needs volunteers to serve as a PAC Leader. We have PAC leader openings in every company. PAC Leader Duties   1. Attend PAC Meetings 2. Be involved with your child's company 3. Work with PAC Officers & PAC LEADS to plan events 4. Make phone calls to your company families. 5. Work together with your company PAC leaders when planning events. 6. Volunteer and attend all PAC events. Volunteer Parent Service Hours Volunteer service hours for a family with (1) child is 25 hours. A family with (2) or more children would be 35 hours. Families that complete (50) hours or more will be named on the NVMI perpetual plague that is on display in the Main Office. Questions and answers are in your packet.

Reporting Parent Service Hours   Parent service reporting sheets must be completed and accompanied with your donation to ensure parent hours are recorded.  Your donation can be dropped off at the Main Office attention to the Parent Group. A parent service hour reporting sheet is included in your PAC packet. REPORTE LAS HORAS DE SERVICIO Los cupones de horas de servicio tienen que ser completamente llenadas y entregadas a la oficina. The NVMI honor plaque is displayed in the Main Office. Company Honor Points Company honor points are earned for a number of tasks that the companies do. Honor points are accumulated all year round. The company with the most honor points at the end of the year will earn this 4 foot trophy that will be displayed in their company classroom for the entire year. There will be many occasions that the parents can earn honor points for their company. Examples: The company that sells the most Spaghetti Dinner tickets or sells the most presale Carnival ride tickets will earn 250 honor points.
