Acciones Prioritarias En los ámbitos prioritarios, las siguientes acciones serán prioritarias para la elaboración y utilización de especificaciones y normas, tal y como se establece en el anexo I: el suministro de servicios de información sobre desplazamientos multimodales en toda la Unión; b) el suministro de servicios de información sobre tráfico en tiempo real en toda la Unión; c) datos y procedimientos para facilitar, cuando sea posible, información mínima sobre el tráfico universal en relación con la seguridad vial, con carácter gratuito para el usuario; d) el suministro armonizado de un número de llamada de emergencia en toda la Unión (eCall); e) el suministro de servicios de información sobre plazas de aparcamiento seguras y protegidas para los camiones y vehículos comerciales; f) el suministro de servicios de reserva de plazas de aparcamiento seguras y protegidas para los camiones y vehículos comerciales.

Conclusiones - Las leyes pueden ser instrumentos útiles para solucionar problemas. - Las leyes que no se cumplen son un instrumento magnífico para crear nuevos problemas -Por ello es fundamental acertar con el objetivo y medir el impacto de las medidas antes de ponerlas en marcha. Para ello: - Es necesario consultar a la comunidad involucrada y analizar otras experiencias.
