In another countries show us that the Sci-Fi is too close to the reality, they make very impressive robots like animals and persons. Then, if they can do it, why us not? That is the reason to do this robotic hand, show to the classmates the capabilities of the students of the ITESI, the imagination is the limit(And the money).
Like in every project we tried to do, we are looking for the cheapest way but with more quality. Then the materials to do the hand are: MDF Screws 1/8 x ½ inche Thread Computer Lasercut Imagination Motors
The first step is made a design to prove the efficiency, we use 2 models, the first was very simple and doesn't worked
Then we made the version two, for this we use the hand bone as model and then redesign in AUTOCAD.
After we save the design in DXF, then we can cut the design over the MDF, to do this, we use the program LASER CUT
Then we start the cut
After the cut we put of the pieces, and assembled the hand
Finally we have the model of the hand. Now we put the motors to make de movement
