Internet sharing is not supported with the Nokia Asha 503. However, you can use your phone as a modem by plugging it in your PC with a USB cable.

What’s wrong? Check that the preferred SIM you are using for mobile data is in Dual Mode or 3.5G mode from Settings > Dual SIM > SIM settings.
