RECETAS Recetas (recipes) usan los mandatos formales para decirte que hacer cuando cocinas.

Atún a la española Ingredientes: 800 g de atún fresco cortado en postas aceite 2 cebollas (onions) cortadas en rodajas 5 tomates pelados (peeled) y picados (diced) 2 cucharadas (spoonfuls) de hierbas aromáticas 4 ajíes morrones (sweet chili peppers) cortados en aros (rings) 100 g de aceitunas (olives) verdes Sal y pimienta 1 limón

PREPARACION Ponga en una cazuela (saucepan) un poco de aceite Encima coloque (poner) las cebollas, los tomates y las hierbas aromáticas Lleve al fuego y cuando todo está dorado (aproximadamente 6 a 7 minutos), Agregue (add) las postas (squares) de atún y los ajíes Cocine unos 10 minutos más

PREPARACION Añada las aceitunas, la sal y la pimienta y el jugo de limón Rocíe (sprinkle) con un poco más de aceite y Termine de cocinar unos minutos más hasta que el pescado esté cocido Sirva caliente en la misma cazuela Acompañe con fideos (pasta noodles) al pesto
