sano, delicioso, rico, nutritivo, dulce, picante and grasiento all change their endings depending on what they are describing. For example, if you want to say in Spanish : ‘prawns are delicious’ the word for prawns is “gambas” and it ends in the letters “as”. Therefore the adjective will end in “as” too — ‘las gambas son deliciosas’.
