9 La gramática You also use the singular forms – gusta and encanta to say what you do and do not like to do. In other words, when an infinitive verb follows. Por ejemplo: Me gusta tocar el piano. Me encanta cantar. No me gusta leer.

You use the plural because you are listing a couple things you like.
