4 Reglas: REMEMBER SALSA Stay on task –Know what we are doing and keep doing it. –If you finish, work on something else, but stay quiet Actively participate –Be present in class and do what is asked of you Listen –Listen when the teacher is speaking –Listen when your peers are speaking –Listen when the announcements come on. Show respect –Respect the teacher –Respect your peers –Respect the school and the property Attitude –Leave the bad attitude at the door
5
5 Procedimientos: Coming into the classroom: when you enter the class room you will be quiet and sit in your seat and get started on your bellwork (para pensar) Bellwork (para pensar): you must do your bellwork everyday, I may not take it up every day but you will be graded on doing it every day. Restrooms: Because class is only 45 minutes long the hall pass will only go out for life and death emergencies. If you have a medical problem and have to go to the restroom you must have a doctor’s note. Leaving the classroom: As stated before the hall pass will only go out for life and death emergencies so you will be in the classroom for the full 45 minutes do your business some other time. Tardies: If you are tardy you are missing class with the little time that we have in class do not come tardy, it is not acceptable. Uniforms: Uniforms are very important to create a good environment in class. If you come to class out of uniform you will not be able to enter until you fix it. So if you need a sweatshirt bring one that is plain to my class. End of class: At the end of class I will dismiss you, do not start packing up because you know the bell is going to ring in a few minutes and do not try to stand by the door waiting for the bell. Food and Drink: Food and drink are not allowed in my classroom, nor is gum. Do not bring it in. Turning in work: All work must be turned in on time. You will turn your work in to the box and into the correct folder.
