Presentación del tema: "Polygram 98 Esophageal Manometry Application"— Transcripción de la presentación:

1 Polygram 98 Esophageal Manometry Application

2 Polygram 98 Aplicacion de Manometría Esofágica
INTRODUCCION AL SOFTWARE Flujo de Rutina de Trabajo: Elegir estudio e ingresar datos del Paciente Calibrar el Polygraf ID Capturar trazados Revisar trazados Informar The routine workflow is meant as a guide for what steps to go through in a normal esophageal manometry procedure. Each step (or view) can at any time be re-visited.

3 PAGINA PRINCIPAL What to present in the Home page:
Home page is the start-up screen with access to all parts in the program (data managers) and ability to create new studies Routine protocols are easily accessible List of all routine protocols - both pH, EM and ... List of ongoing studies you still work on List of only ongoing studies that has not been completed You see: Patient name and Id as well as Type and Date of study Hints for what to do as well as a link to MFD internet site

4 DETALLES ESTUDIO Y PACIENTE
What to present in the Study details: Column for study details: Study date, ID, personell, reasson for study and comments Column for patient details: demographics and comments

5 CALIBRACION DEL POLYGRAF ID
What to present in the Equipment view: Shows all used channels in this study protocol Shows status of each channel: “Gray dot”: System finds that device is not delivering data “Red dot”: System finds that sensor type connected does not match sensor type specified in equipment or system detects that one of the connected sensors does not function properly “Green dot”: System has successfully checked what type of sensor is connected to each channel and validates the connected sensor against sensor type specified in equipment setup Calibration of equipment features: manual two-calibration for high and low semi-automatic calibration for hands-free two-point calibration Zero-setting of all or a selection of channels

6 CAPTURA DE TRAZADOS What to present in the Capture view:
Study can be one long recording or divided up in separate recordings (e.g. LES, EB,…) - currently there are 3 different analysis: LES station pull through LES Relaxation Esophageal Motility Specific settings for each recording (channel configuration, scale, frequency response, markers available) Markers at the low left - some are standard (catheter up/down) and some are activated in the protocol setting for that particular recording (e.g. LES markers for a LES recording) Size, Gain and Offset can be adjusted per channel In the beginning of each channel the catheter depth for the past tracing is always displayed

7 REVISAR TRAZADO – ANALISIS LES
What to present in the Review view: Study divided into same recordings as in capture Easy to browse the entire recording with zoom and PgUp/PgDn Navigate with “Go to” next/previous event Enter, move or delete markers Edit analysis markers to control what goes into the analysis See on-line results in calculation windows next to analysis markers (mouse over the analysis marker) Use horizontal and/or vertical cursor to get pressure value at one point Adjust baseline (local or global)

8 REVISAR – ANALISIS CUERPO ESOFAGICO
What to present in the Review view: Same as previous page

9 REVISAR – ANALISIS UES

10 INFORME What to present in the Report view:
Enter comments and interpretation directly in report Report can include: study and patient information, Comments, equipment used, summary of results, graphs/events, tables and normal values. Related to the report is the the Protocol Setting view: Modify the protocol for this study only Report can be customized on the fly Select or de-select report elements
