6  México cuenta con una red de 12 tratados de Libre Comercio con 44 países (TLCs), 28 Acuerdos para la Promoción y Protección reciproca de las Inversiones (APPRIs) y 9 Acuerdos de comercio (Acuerdos de Complementación Económica y Acuerdos de Alcance Parcial) en el marco de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Integración (ALADI).  Además México participa activamente en organismos y foros multilaterales y regionales como la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC), el Mecanismo de Cooperación económica Asia-Pacifico (APEC), la Organización para la Cooperación y Desarrollo económico (OCDE) y la ALADI.  El país ha reducido sus aranceles de 13% a 8% en promedio, y se espera llegar a un arancel promedio de 4% en 2013. Esto elevará la rentabilidad de las empresas establecidas en México, ya que accederán a insumos y productos finales del exterior a precios competitivos. El futuro del país es prometedor: México ha implementado diversos programas exitosos para la simplificación del comercio integral.  Mexico counts with a network of 12 free trade agreements (FTA) with 44 different countries, 28 Arrangements for the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments and 9 trade agreements (Economic Complementation Agreements and Partial Scope Agreements) with the support of the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI).  México also participates actively in organizations and forums both regional and multilateral such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the ALADI.  The country has reduced its tariffs from 13% to 8% in average, it is expected to achieve an average tariff of 4%. This will increase the profitability of the companies established in Mexico since these will have access to inputs and final products with a competitive price. 9  En el marco del Eje México Próspero del Gobierno del Presidente Peña Nieto  En el Gobierno actual se han propuesto las Reformas a sectores laboral, de seguridad, financiera, impositiva y educación. Lo que dará las herramientas suficientes que permitirán asentar las bases para un comercio dinámico; las mejoras en los transportes e infraestructura en carreteras, proporcionaran una mejor logística, avances tecnológicos y de los procesos de comunicación, multiculturismo y facilidad de acceso a la información, encaminaran a mejorar las estrategias para acceder con éxito al mercado mundial.  Están en proceso de dialogo las reformas energéticas, y de telecomunicaciones  Within the National Development Plan in axis number 4: Prosperous Mexico, under the government of the President Enrique Peña Nieto.  In the current government, some reforms to the working, security, financial, tax and education sectors have been proposed. 12 IMMEX  IMMEX Con este propósito, el Gobierno de México estableció el Decreto para el Fomento de la Industria Manufacturera, Maquiladora y de Servicios de Exportación (Decreto IMMEX), con el objetivo de fortalecer la competitividad del sector exportador mexicanas; permitiéndoles adoptar nuevas formas de operar y hacer negocios; disminuir sus costos logísticos y administrativos; modernizar, agilizar y reducir los tramites.  IMMEX With this objective, Mexican Government has established the Decree for the Promotion of the Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Export Services Industry (" IMMEX Decree ") with the purpose of strengthening competitiveness in the Mexican trading sector, allowing these to adopt new ways of operating and making business, as well as to lower logistics and management costs and to upgrade, speed up and reduce the paperwork. 12
