12 jueves, el 23 de enero I am going to eat. Yo voy a comer. You are going to open the book. Tú vas a abrir el libro. Why do we leave the second verb in the infinitive?

15 jueves, el 23 de enero Future Tense #2: apply a chart I will….. The future tense functions JUST like the conditional, that we learned last week, because you keep the WHOLE verb and just ADD on the ending! éemos ás áán

You should use 10 verbs in the FUTURE tense– 5 with the ir + a formation and 5 using the chart. CIRCLE your ir + a verbs and UNDERLINE those that use the chart. This is due at the end of class OR first thing on Monday.
