4 This is why I'm HERE I am 38 years old and I have DIABETES. I decided to take care of my health with nothing other than what nature provided for US. After DIET & EXERCISE, I did noticed a change but it was not enough!! My busy life, work, school, kids, and home was getting on my way to better health. No time to work out!!
