The heart is the strongest organ in the body. It is the main part of the circulatory system. It is the most important part of the human body that pumps blood into the body.

High cholesterol is the #1 leading problem for both women and men. Also if you have high cholesterol you have a high risk of heart diseases. Heart disease is the number 1 killer in America and it is a major cause of disability. Lastly, the most common cause of heart disease is narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries.

The heart is a muscular organ that’s like a pump and pumps blood throughout the body everyday. The heart also delivers the blood to every part of the human body. It has an electrical system regulates the blood and uses electrical signals to contrast the hearts walls. The veins take the blood to every part of your body valves in your body check if it goes in the right direction. That is how the heart works.
