Where will it lead?  The school will have unified group of diverse parents and teachers who understand the challenges and needs of a diverse school, and action teams working to address issues raised in the study circles. La escuela tendrá un grupo unificado y diverso de padres y maestros que entienden las dificultades y necesidades que existen en una escuela con diversidad, y equipos de acción que trabajarán para resolver los problemas examinados durante las círculos de estudio.

Action/Acción  In interviews with 21 principals during the year following the study circle, all reported that at least some progress in the priority action areas had taken place.
