The school will have unified group of diverse parents and teachers who understand the challenges and needs of a diverse school, and action teams working to address issues raised in the study circles. 17 Action/Acción In interviews with 21 principals during the year following the study circle, all reported that at least some progress in the priority action areas had taken place.
