Vision / Vision: A school system where all students succeed regardless of racial or ethnic background. Tener un sistema de escuelas donde todos los estudiantes puedan tener éxito sin importar su raza o antecedentes.

Goal / Meta : To remove racial and ethnic barriers to student achievement in Montgomery County Public Schools. Remover barreras raciales y étnicas para que los estudiantes logren el éxito académico en las escuelas públicas del condado de Montgomery.

Objectives/Objectivos : To build a unified group of diverse parents, teachers, and students that understand the challenges and benefits of a diverse school. Formar un grupo de padres, profesores, y estudiantes que entiendan los retos y beneficios de una escuela diversa.
