NOTICIAS A fin de emprender los desafíos del A350 de la forma más segura, se ha convenido que el programa A350 liderará y tomará la responsabilidad para el desarrollo del proceso de la Gestión del Ciclo de Vida del Producto (Product Lifecycle Management- PLM), a través de una organización apropiada, llamada PLM PDT (Product Delivery Team – Equipo a entregar el producto), involucrando a todos los contribuyentes de Airbus. Así que, ¿qué es el Product Lifecycle Management? PLM es el proceso de gestionar el ciclo de vida entero del producto desde la fase de concepto, pasando por el diseño y la fabricación, hasta el mantenimiento y la venta del producto. Esto proporciona el pilar de la información del producto para las distintas funciones de las empresas así como sus empresas externas. Cada Product Delivery Team dispondrá de un representante quien a su vez asegurará el despliegue de los procesos, métodos y herramientas dentro del PDT para asegurar que se haya cumplido los requerimientos de negocio. In order to take up the challenges of the A350 in the most secure way, it has been agreed on that the A350 program shall lead and take responsibility for the development of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process through a suitable organization, called PLM PDT (Product Delivery Team), involving all Airbus contributors. PLM is the process of managing the entire lifecycle of a product from the concept phase, through design and manufacture, up until servicing and eventually disposing of the product. This provides a product information backbone for the different functions of companies and their extended enterprise. Each Product Delivery Team will hold a representative who in turn will secure the deployment of processes, methods and tools within the PDT’s to ensure that the business requirements are met. ITD has put in place a team within the group created by Airbus for the definition of the PLM/PDT. Our personnel divides up their time between Getafe and Toulouse, involving themselves 100% in the new management process (PLM) which will convert itself as the management of the future for Airbus planes.
