What are they??? Past participles are adjectives that are formed from verbs.

How to form most past participles with verbs! Drop the AR and add –ado El hombre cansado Drop the ER/IR and add –ido El muchacho dormido

Remember, Adjectives have to agree with the noun they describe You can make these participles Masculine or Feminine Singular or Plural El chico cansado – La Chica cansada Los chicos dormidos – las chicas dormidas
