Chomsky Noam Chomsky Abraham, Philadelphia, USA, linguist and philosopher. It was introduced in linguistics by his father, who specializes in historical linguistics of Hebrew. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania, a doctorate in 1955 with a thesis on the transformational analysis, drawn from theories Z. Harris, who was a disciple. Then went to join as a teacher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which he has taught since 1961.

Nativist approach Nativist approach argues that a mechanism is innate, genetically determined, which directs the development of language. According to Chomsky, people are born with an innate capacity for language, which emerge, more or less automatically, as a result of maturation. The word "nativism" and suggests some kind of idea, knowledge or mental content is present at the time that an organism is born, it is not acquired or learned by it.

Universal Grammatical Noam Chomsky's theory which states that all the world's languages share a similar basic structure. The name he uses for languages that share a similar structure was universal Grammar.

Below The particular case of language, it is remarkable how children manage to master something as complex in a short time without any systematic instruction. However, all children around their second year of life, fluent start using a system comprising numerous grammatical principles that could not be learned because the data we have about the system itself is clearly insufficient.
