Adverbs are formed by adding –mente to an adjective. Adverbios Adverbs are formed by adding –mente to an adjective. Adjectives ending in -e or a consonant: add “mente” posible + mente → posiblemente personal +mente → personalmente Adjectives ending in –o: change to the feminine form and add “mente” lento → lenta → lentamente tranquilo → tranquila → tranquilamente Adjectives with written accents: Leave them be! Put down the adverb, back away from the accent mark and no one will get hurt! rápido --> rápidamente fácil --> fácilmente

If a conjugated verb is followed by an infinitive or present participle (-ando/-iendo form), you can place the direct object pronoun either immediately before the conjugated verb or you can attach it to the infinitive or present participle.
