Pronoun Placement 1. If it is the object of a conjugated verb the pronoun goes in front of the verb. 2. If it is the object of an infinitive the pronoun is attached to the end of the infinitive. Ex: Tú me traes la comida. Ex: Tú puedes traerme la comida.

When must indirect object clarifiers be included? The clarifier must be added with the box 3 and 5 forms of indirect object pronouns. This is because box 3 can refer to Él, Ella, Ud., or a singular noun, and box 5 can refer to Ellos, Ellas, Uds., a plural noun, or a compound subject without yo.
