Henry Houck Happenings Jan./Feb. Hello parents/guardians:                                                                                                                                               Happy New Year everyone. We will have a very busy rest of the 2017 – 18 school year with many school activities, events and field trips. Before you know it the end of the school year will sneak up on us. We will also have some test and assessments that will help us make sure your child is successful academically. We appreciate your help, cooperation and flexibility with all of these up coming events.     One event that I would like to point out that is very important to us as a district is the Mini – Thon coming up in February. This event will help support the Four Diamonds at Penn State Children’s Hospital and it’s mission of conquering childhood cancer. Information will be coming home with your child.                                                                              Thank you for all of your help and working with us to make your child’s experience at Henry Houck a positive one. Noticias de Henry Houck Enero/Feb. Hola padres/guardians:  Feliz Año Nuevo. El resto del año escolar 2017 – 18 va estar muy ocupado con muchas actividades, eventos, exámenes y viajes de clases. Los exámenes que tenemos nos ayudaran a apoyar sus hijos y darle ayuda académica. Un evento bien importante del distrito es el “Mini – Thon.” El Mini – Maratón de “Four Diamonds” es un evento de varias horas para recaudar fondos, organizado por el distrito escolar para apoyar el “Four Diamonds at Penn State Children’s Hospital” (Hospital de niños) y su misión de ayudar pacientes de cancér. Más información llegará a casa con su hijo/a.  Gracias por su ayuda y todo lo que hacen para trabajar con nosotros para que sus hijos pasen una buena experiencia positiva con nosotros en Henry Houck.
