Octubre 2017 Noticias de kindergarten Nuestra Unidad de Investigación: Nuestra segunda unidad de investigación es todo acerca de las necesidades de las cosas vivas! Vamos a aprender sobre las necesidades de las cosas vivas. Cómo las necesidades impactan a otros, y cómo podemos ayudarnos unos a otros a satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Idea Central: Cosas vivas tienen necesidades que impactan a otros. Líneas de investigación: Las necesidades de los seres vivos La satisfacción de necesidades afecta a los demás Como podemos ayudar Fechas importantes: 10/2-10/6 Días mínimos (1:00) Conferencias de padres y maestros 10/9 No hay clases 10/27 Café con la directora 10/27 Día de vestido libre! 10/31 Halloween/Trick or treating de toda la escuela Cumpleaños : Salón 1: Ethan y Victoria! Salón 2: Nadie cumpleaños También estamos aprendiendo: Matemáticas-Comparar números 0-10 Fonética : Identificar y escribir las letras mayúsculas y los sonidos de la A a la Z, las rimas y la combinación de sonidos Palabras a primera vista : his, like, be, to, it, that, at, orange Escritura: Dibujar / escribir a un tema Mandarín- Colores y figuras Halloween En 10/31 participaremos en el gran truco o trato de Halloween. Los estudiantes pueden traer su traje a la escuela y cambiarse antes de el final del día . Los estudiantes caminarán con Sus amigos de lectura por la escuela para recopilar sus delicias. Este evento es un muy divertido y seguro. Más información a venir!

2017 Kindergarten News Our Unit of Inquiry: Our second unit of inquiry is all about the needs of living things! We will be learning about the needs of living things. How meeting needs impacts others, and how we can help each other meet our needs Central Idea: Living things have needs that impact others Lines of Inquiry: Needs of Living Things Meeting needs impacts others How we can help Important Dates: 10/2-10/6 Early Release (1:00) Parent Conferences! 10/9 No School! 10/27 Coffee with the Principal 10/27 Free Dress Day! 10/31 Halloween/School Wide Trick or Treating Happy Birthday to: Room 1: Ethan and Victoria! Room 2: No Birthdays! We are also learning: Math: Comparing Numbers 0-10 Phonics: Identify and write uppercase letters and sounds A-Z, rhyming and blending sounds Sightwords: his, like, be, to, it, that, at, orange Writing: Drawing/writing to a prompt Mandarin: Colors and shapes Halloween On 10/31 we will participate in school wide trick-or-treating. Students can bring their costume to school and change into it before this end of the day event. Students will walk with their reading buddy around to the classrooms to collect their treats. This is a very fun and safe event. More information to come!
