Funciones del MINHAP en el marco nacional The Ministry of Finances and Public Administrations is responsible for the preparation and implementation of Government action in the Spanish National Government. Within the ministry, the CIP-ICT PSP Call 7 E-ARK 620998 5th December 2013 DG of Administrative Modernisation, Procedures and for the promotion of eGovernment conducts relevant studies, sets up action programmes and disseminates good practice cases, ensuring cooperation among all levels of Government and raising awareness of the necessary tools for developing eGovernment. The ministry is in charge of the development and deployment of shared services and infrastructures for eGovernment Services. Among these infrastructures, there are all the components required for the electronic handling of procedures and services, as the eDocumentation solution INSIDE and the eArchiving solution ARCHIVE. INSIDE is an open source implementation of an electronic documents management system based on the requirements of the Spanish National Interoperability Framework. The DG of Administrative Modernisation, Procedures and for the promotion of eGovernment holds the representation of the Spanish Government in the European Union eGovernment groups and participates in several CIP projects (STORK, GEN6, eSense).

Funciones: will disseminate the project’s outputs at e-Government and associated Digital Agenda meetings and conferences will also encourage participants to conduct self-assessments using the project’s Maturity Model. By raising the profile of this model, it is expected that Good Practice in e-Archiving will ‘trickle down’ through European Governments.

Rol en la Estandarización Research undertaken by the Planets Project has shown that 3 times more archives than libraries are able to exert influence over the formats of digital material which they receive. It is therefore anticipated that this group will also be able to encourage standardisation and so increase opportunities for both intra- and international data access. NTI eDoc, eExp, futura NTI transferencia/ingreso en archivo (SIP/AIP), Ley 39 archivo-e Partners DLM, AMA and MHAP are all well-positioned to exert such influence.
