Acuerdo de Aprendizaje Definitivo Definitive Learning Agreement Una vez en la Universidad de Alicante, se deberá establecer el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje Definitivo. Del 1 al 24 de septiembre. Se realizará a través del Campus Virtual de la UA. El LA definitivo, si es aceptado, será firmado por el coordinador de estudio a partir del 25 de septiembre. Acuerdo de Aprendizaje Definitivo Definitive Learning Agreement Los acuerdos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, de sus propias universidades, serán firmados y sellados en la Oficina de Movilidad siempre y cuando las asignaturas coincidan con el LA on line de la UA y este haya sido aprobado. Es responsabilidad del estudiante: mantener un contacto fluido con su universidad de origen con respecto al plan de estudios final establecido en el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje, matricularse en la UA, en el plazo establecido para ello, de aquellas asignaturas que consten en su Acuerdo de Aprendizaje Definitivo. Exchange students LA from their universities is signed and stamped at the Mobility Office provided that their contents match their UA LA online which has to be previously approved. It is the students' responsibility: to maintain a fluent feedback with their home universities concerning the final study programme established in the Learning Agreement, to register in the UA, at the specified period, in those subjects stated on the Definitive Learning Agreement.

Through UA Cloud: to access it you have to use your UA e-mail address and password you got during the application procedure. Instructions for the Auto-matrícula. Matrícula (registro en asignaturas) Registration in the Official Courses Asistencia a clase Los estudiantes internacionales asisten a las clases desde el primer día: 1er semestre: del 11 de septiembre al 22 de diciembre de 2017 2º semestre:del 29 de enero al 23 de mayo de 2018 La asistencia a clase es obligatoria Class attendance The international students start attending classes from the 1st day: 1st semester: from 11th September to 22nd December 2017 2nd semester: from 29th January to 23rd May 2018 Attending classes is compulsory.

Matrícula (registro en asignaturas) Registration in the Official Courses Selección del grupo de asistencia Debido al elevado número de estudiantes, algunos cursos se dividen en varios grupos (generalmente con profesores y horarios diferentes). Generalmente puedes elegir el grupo al que quieres asistir de entre los disponibles (pero puede haber excepciones). En tu matrícula, deberás indicar el grupo de clase. Selection of the group of attendance Due to the large number of students, some courses are divided into different groups (normally with different timetables and teachers). You can normally choose which group you want to attend among the different ones available (there could be exceptions). During the course registration (Automatrícula), you will indicate the class group.

Los estudiantes de intercambio sólo podrán matricularse de estas asignaturas que estén disponibles en su acuerdo de aprendizaje “on line” de la UA. Una vez elegida la asignatura el estudiante deberá matricularse en ella eligiendo el grupo correspondiente impartido en inglés. Exchange students can register for those courses provided that they are available on their LA on line of the UA. Once the subject is chosen students have to sign up for it selecting the corresponding class group taught in English.

Matrícula y learning definitivo Final course registration Durante la validación: Después de la automatrícula, se podrá modificar, una sóla vez, la matrícula y acuerdo de aprendizaje. También se podrán modificar los grupos de matrícula. ¿Dónde? Oficina de Movilidad. Plazo: hasta el 29 de septiembre. Aquellos estudiantes cuyo acuerdo de aprendizaje “on line” de la UA no coincida con la matrícula serán citados por correo electrónico para resolver este problema. La asistencia a dicha cita es obligatoria. ATENCIÓN: Después de la Validación de Matrícula no será posible hacer ningún cambio de matrícula. Those students whose UA learning agreement on line doesn’t match the “matrícula” contents will be required to go to the Mobility Office to arrange this matter. Certificado de Estancia Certificate of Attendance La mayoría de instituciones de origen necesitan un certificado de la Universidad de Alicante haciendo constar las fechas exactas del periodo de intercambio de sus estudiantes. Para obtenerlo, tienes que venir a la Oficina de Movilidad tu último día de estancia en la UA. ATENCIÓN: La UA no firmará Certificados de Estancia que excedan el Calendario Académico. Most home institutions require a certificate from the University of Alicante stating the exact dates of the exchange period of their students. To obtain this document, please go to the Mobility Office the last day of your stay in the UA. NOTE: The UA will not sign any Certificate of Attendance that exceeds the Academic Calendar.

Evaluación y Certificados Académicos Assessment and Transcript of Records Evaluación Los estudiantes visitantes en la UA están sujetos a las mismas condiciones que los alumnos propios, con la misma carga de trabajo y el mismo tipo de evaluación. La evaluación, normalmente, se hace mediante un examen final más una parte continua que puede consistir en: Participación en clase Seminarios Proyectos Trabajos en grupo Tests, ect. De acuerdo siempre con lo establecido en la guía docente de la asignatura. Assessment Visiting students following subjects at the UA are expected to undertake the same academic work and type of assessments as home students. The assessment normally is divided into a final exam and a continous assesment that could consist of: Class activities Seminars Projects Groups works Quizzes, etc. The assesment method must be written on the corresponding educational guide.

Cada estudiante podrá ver sus notas en su UACloud-Campus Virtual Evaluación y Certificados Académicos Assessment and Transcript of Records Certificados de Notas La Oficina de Movilidad enviará los Certificados de Notas, a los estudiantes directemente, en las siguientes fechas: Al final de febrero, con los resultados de las asignaturas de 1er semestre, Al final de junio, con los resultados de las asignaturas de 2º semestre y asignaturas anuales, Al final de julio, con los resultados de la convocatoria extraordinaria de exámenes. Cada estudiante podrá ver sus notas en su UACloud-Campus Virtual Transcripts of Records They will be sent by the Mobility Office to the students, in the following dates: At the end February, with the results of the 1st semester subjects, At the end of June, with the results of the 2nd semester and annual subjects, At the end of July, with the results of the exam resits. Evaluación y Certificados Académicos Assessment and Transcript of Records Hoja de Evaluación Pueden utilizarla los estudiantes que necesiten sus calificaciones con anterioridad a las fechas indicadas anteriormente. Los profesores deben cumplimentarla con los resultados correspondientes del estudiante, sellarla y firmarla. Es opcional tanto por parte de los estudiantes como de los profesores. Marks Sheet Those students who need the marks before the dates indicated before, can make use of this document. The teachers have to fill it in with the corresponding results obtained by the students, sign and stamp it. It is optional for both the students and the teachers.

Evaluación y Certificados Académicos Assessment and Transcript of Records Certificado de Asistencia a Clase Si necesitas un Certificado de Asistencia a Clase, al principio del semestre debes hablar con el profesor correspondiente para que éste pueda llevar un control de la asistencia, con el objetivo de facilitarte el mencionado certificado. Certificate of Class Attendance Should you need a Class Attendance Certificate, at the beginning of the semester you have to talk to the corresponding lecturer, so that the teacher can monitor your attendance and provide you with the aforementioned certificate.

Transferir al dispositivo inalámbrico (portátil, móvil, etc.) Paso 3. Configurar el dispositivo inalámbrico (portátil, móvil, tableta, ...) siguiendo las instrucciones que encontrarás en la web de la UA.
