Document for the police registration Inmigración: Registro como Extranjero. Dentro del 1er mes de estancia en España. ¿Cómo? Según instrucciones que facilita el CSI ¿Cuándo? Es un profesor o profesora de la UA que te asesorará en materia académica en el área de conocimiento de tus estudios. Es la persona que aprueba tu acuerdo de aprendizaje/ learning agreement. Se te comunicará quién es tu asesor/a académico/a por correo electrónico. Para tutorización personal, se puede ir a sus despachos en las horas de tutoría Academic advisor He/she is a UA lecturer that can advise you on your studies. 11 Acuerdo de aprendizaje definitivo Definitive learning agreement
Una vez en la Universidad de Alicante, se deberá establecer el Acuerdo de aprendizaje definitivo. Del 1 al 25 de septiembre. Se realizará a través del UA Cloud Campus Virtual de la UA. El LA definitivo, si es aceptado, será firmado por tu asesor académico de estudio. Sólo podrán matricularse las asignaturas disponibles en el acuerdo de aprendizaje on line de la UA. 12 Acuerdo de aprendizaje definitivo Definitive learning agreement
Los acuerdos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, de sus propias universidades, serán firmados y sellados en la Oficina de Movilidad siempre y cuando las asignaturas coincidan con el LA on line de la UA y este haya sido aprobado. Es responsabilidad del estudiante: mantener un contacto fluido con su universidad de origen con respecto al plan de estudios final establecido en el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje, matricularse en la UA, en el plazo establecido para ello, de sólo aquellas asignaturas que consten en su Acuerdo de Aprendizaje on line de la UA. Exchange students LA from their universities is signed and stamped at the Mobility Office provided that their contents match their UA LA online which has to be previously approved. It is the students' responsibility: to maintain a fluent feedback with their home universities concerning the final study programme established in the Learning Agreement, to register in the UA, at the specified period, in those subjects stated on the Definitive UA Learning Agreement on line.

A través del UA Cloud-Campus Virtual: usando correo electrónico de la UA y contraseña obtenidos durante el procedimiento de solicitud. Instrucciones de Auto-matrícula Sólo podrán registrarse las asignaturas incluídas en el acuerdo de aprendizaje “on line” de la Universidad de Alicante. Self-registration From 5th to 25th September. Through UA Cloud-Virtual Campus: to access it you have to use your UA address and password you got during the application procedure. Instructions for the “Auto-matricula”. Only subjects included on the UA Learning agreement on line can be registered.

Registration in the official courses Reunión auto-matrícula En caso de necesitar ayuda durante el proceso de matriculación, puedes asistir a la reunión auto-matrícula. Según cita que puedes encontrar en la Hoja de Registro. En dichas sesiones, recibirán ayuda sobre los aspectos técnicos de la matrícula “on line”. In this meeting, you only get help about the technical aspects of the registration tool.

Registration in the official courses Asistencia a clase Los estudiantes internacionales asisten a las clases desde el primer día: 1er semestre: del 12 de septiembre al 23 de diciembre de 2016 2º semestre: del 30 de enero al 24 de mayo de 2017 La asistencia a clase es obligatoria Class attendance The international students start attending classes from the 1st day: 1st semester: from 12nd September to 23rd December 2016 2nd semester: from 30th January to 24th May 2017 Class attendance is compulsory.

Registration in theofficial courses Selección del grupo de asistencia Debido al elevado número de estudiantes, algunos cursos se dividen en varios grupos (generalmente con profesores y horarios diferentes). Generalmente puedes elegir su grupo de entre los disponibles (pero puede haber excepciones). En tu matrícula, deberás indicar el grupo de clase. Selection of class groups Due to the large number of students, some courses are divided into different groups (usually with different timetables and teachers). You can generally choose which group you want to attend among the different ones available (but there could be exceptions). During the course registration (Automatrícula), you must indicate the class group.

Registration in the official courses Matriculación de asignaturas impartidas en inglés: mbios/programas-de-estudio.html O en-ingles.html La UA imparte algunas asignaturas en inglés en diferentes titulaciones. Los estudiantes de intercambio sólo podrán matricularse de estas asignaturas que estén disponibles en su acuerdo de aprendizaje “on line” de la UA. Una vez elegida la asignatura el estudiante deberá matricularse en ella eligiendo el grupo correspondiente impartido en inglés. Registration in subjects taught in English Or The UA offers some degree subjects taught in English. Exchange students can register for those courses provided that they are available on their UA LA online. Once the subject is chosen the students have to select the class group taught in English.

ATENCIÓN: Sólo podrás añadir asignaturas cuya docencia sea exclusivamente en el 2º semestre. Course Registration for the 2nd semester for full year students From 6th to 10th February 2017 (appointment by ) At the Mobility Office. NOTE: Please note that you can add new subjects that are taught only in the 2nd semester.

19 Matrícula y learning definitivo Final course registration
Después de la automatrícula, se podrá modificar, una sóla vez, la matrícula y acuerdo de aprendizaje. También se podrán modificar los grupos de matrícula. ¿Dónde? Oficina de Movilidad. Plazo: hasta el 30 de septiembre. Aquellos estudiantes cuyo acuerdo de aprendizaje “on line” de la UA no coincida con la matrícula serán citados por correo electrónico para resolver este problema. La asistencia a dicha cita es obligatoria. ATENCIÓN: Después de la Validación de Matrícula no será posible hacer ningún cambio de matrícula. After course registration, exchange students can modify their “matrícula” and learning agreement, only once . It is also possible to change subject groups. Where? At the Mobility Office. 20 Certificado de estancia Certificate of attendance
La mayoría de instituciones de origen necesitan un certificado de la Universidad de Alicante haciendo constar las fechas exactas del periodo de intercambio de sus estudiantes. Para obtenerlo, tienes que venir a la Oficina de Movilidad tu último día de estancia en la UA. ATENCIÓN: La UA no firmará Certificados de Estancia que excedan el Calendario Académico. Most home institutions require a certificate from the University of Alicante stating the exact dates of the exchange period of their students. To obtain this document, please go to the Mobility Office the last day of your stay in the UA. NOTE: The UA will not sign any Certificate of Attendance that exceeds the Academic Calendar.

21 Evaluación y certificados académicos
Assessment and transcript of records Evaluación Los estudiantes internacionales en la UA están sujetos a las mismas condiciones que los alumnos propios, con la misma carga de trabajo y el mismo tipo de evaluación. La evaluación, normalmente, se hace mediante un examen final más una parte continua que puede consistir en: Participación en clase Seminarios Proyectos Trabajos en grupo Tests, ect. De acuerdo siempre con lo establecido en la guía docente de la asignatura. Assessment Exchange students at the UA are expected to undertake the same workload and assessments as home students. The assessment normally is divided into a final exam and a continous assesment that could consist of: Class activities Seminars Projects Groups works Quizzes, etc. The assesment method must be written on the corresponding educational guide. .

Assessment and transcript of records Certificados de Notas La Oficina de Movilidad enviará los Certificados de Notas, a las Oficinas Internacionales Centrales, en las siguientes fechas: A mitad de marzo, con los resultados de las asignaturas de 1er semestre, A mitad de julio, con los resultados de las asignaturas de 2º semestre. A mitad de septiembre, con los resultados de la convocatoria extraordinaria de exámenes. Transcrips of Records They will be sent by the Mobility Office to the Central International Offices of Home Institutions, in the following dates: In  the middle of  March, with the results of the 1st semester subjects, In the middle of July, with the results of the 2nd semester. In the middle of September, with the results of the exam resits.

24 Evaluación y certificados académicos
Assessment and transcript of records Hoja de evaluación Pueden utilizarla los estudiantes que necesiten sus calificaciones con anterioridad a las fechas indicadas anteriormente. Los profesores deben cumplimentarla con los resultados correspondientes del estudiante, sellarla y firmarla. Es opcional tanto por parte de los estudiantes como de los profesores. Students marks sheet Those students who need the marks before the dates indicated before, can make use of this document. The teachers have to fill it in with the corresponding results obtained by the students, sign and stamp it. It is optional for both the students and the teachers.

Assessment and transcript of records Certificado de asistencia a clase Si necesitas un Certificado de Asistencia a Clase, al principio del semestre debes hablar con el profesor correspondiente para que éste pueda llevar un control de la asistencia, con el objetivo de facilitarte el mencionado certificado. Certificate of class attendance Should you need a Class Attendance Certificate, at the beginning of the semester you have to talk to the corresponding lecturer, so that the teacher can monitor your attendance and provide you with the aforementioned certificate.

Sesión práctica Practical session Horarios de clase: Búsqueda de horarios Según la propuesta del Acuerdo de Aprendizaje (disponible en tu Campus Virtual) UA Cloud-Campus virtual TIU (Tarjeta de Estudiante) WiFi (1ª parte) si provienes de una Institución que también utiliza la red EDUROAM, podrías conectarte en la UA automáticamente (siempre y cuando tus dispositivos de ordenador portátil y teléfono móvil ya estuvieran configurados para ello). Class timetables: Search for timetables According to the Learning Agreement Proposal (available on your Virtual Campus) UA Cloud-Virtual Campus TIU (Student Card) WiFi (1st part) if you come from an institution that also uses the EDUROAM network, you could log in automatically while at the UA (as long as your laptop and mobile phone devices were already prepared for it).

En caso contrario, entra en tu Campus Virtual, carpeta 'Secretaria' y selecciona 'WIFI': Paso 1. Haz check en 'Activar red inalámbrica' e introduce tu contraseña de Campus Virtual. Paso 2. Descarga el 'Certificado CA de WIFI', y guardar. Transferir al dispositivo inalámbrico (portátil, móvil, etc.) Paso 3. Configurar el dispositivo inalámbrico (portátil, móvil, tableta, ...) siguiendo las instrucciones que encontrarás en la web de la UA. WiFi (2nd part) Otherwise, go to your Virtual Campus, folder 'Secretary' and select 'WIFI': Step 1. Make check on 'Activar red inalámbrica' and enter your Virtual Campus password at 'Introduce tu contraseña de Campus Virtual'. Step 2. Download the WIFI CA certificate 'Certificado CA de WIFI', and save. Transfer to the wireless device (laptop, mobile, etc.) Step 3. Configure the wireless device (laptop, mobile, tablet, ...) following the instructions on the UA website.
