You are the Fathers promise true, our speech enrich, uplift. A flame to guide our senses, light with love our hearts secure. Supply for failings of our flesh, with power to endure. Still farther yet drive back our foe, and soon give us your peace. With you before us leading on, from all wrong may we cease. Through You may we the Father know, and learn through You the Son, believing now and evermore, that both with You are one. All glory to the Father be, and to the Risen Son; All glory, Spirit be to You, while endless ages run.

In the words of St. Paul: It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. I now live my mortal life through faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.
