Solar Planetarium : Through this study visit, our Fifth Grade is learned about constellations of both hemispheres, north and south. They also had the opportunity of using different telescopes and scientific instruments. Museo de la Santa Inquisición Los alumnos de Octavo Grado visitaron el museo de la Santa Inquisición, conocido como patrimonio histórico de nuestro pasado virreinal. Dentro del museo visitaron: la Sala de Audiencias y de Procesos de Autos de Fe, las Celdas Secretas y la Cámara de los Tormentos. Inquisition Museum - Our Eighth Grade students visited the museum of the Holy Inquisition (Museo de la Santa Inquisición) known as a historical heritage of our colonial past. During the visit to the museum they saw what is called the site courtroom and Auto Faith Processes, the Secret Cells and the House of Torment. Gas Cuyisea.- Como parte de su unidad de indagación, los alumnos del Sexto Grado visitaron el yacimiento gasífero Cuyisea el cual se encuentra en medio de la campiña de Pachacámac. Los esposos Ulises y Carmen Moreno, explicaron a los alumnos como producen su propia energía renovable, obtenida de las excreciones de los cuyes, gracias a un modelo chino – biodigestor. Gas Cuyisea.- As part of their Unit of Inquiry, Sixth Grade students visited the gas field "Cuyisea" which is in the middle of the country side in Pachacamac. Ulises and Carmen Moreno, explained to the students about how they made their own renewable energy, obtained from the excretions of guinea pigs. Parque de la Leyendas - Zoo : The students of our First Grade A and B classrooms visited the zoo on August 25th, where they saw and admired Peru's biodiversity and our archaeological riches. Cuidando el Medio Ambiente Como parte de su cuarta unidad de indagación Agua, agua por todos los lados, los alumnos de Tercer Grado A y B Conocieron los motivos y las causas de contaminación de los ríos y colaboraron en la limpieza de un sector del río de Lurín. Caring For Our Environment : As part of Unit 4 of Inquiry "Water, water on all sides, "the third Grade students from both A and B classrooms after learning about the reasons and causes of pollution in rivers assisted in cleaning up a section of the Lurin River. Ecotaller: En esta oportunidad los alumnos del nivel de inicial visitaron el ECOTALLER en Lurín, donde observaron los diferentes tipos y especies de animales según su hábitat natural con la finalidad de motivar su unidad de indagación Animal Planet. Eco-Taller: On this occasion, the students of Primary visited the "ECOTALLER" located in Lurin, where they were able to see different animal species within their natural habitat in order to motivate them in their Unit of Inquiry related to Animal Planet.
