C DEBER + INFINITIVE - DEBER + INFINITIVE -Debemos invitar a Selena. (We should invite Selena) -Deber must agree with the subject -Stating what should be done.

C HABER QUE + INFINITIVE - HABER QUE + INFINITIVE -Hay que invitar a Selena. (Selena has to be invited) -Haber is ALWAYS in the 3 rd person singular -Stating what has to be done.
