WATER REUSE IN THE VALENCIAN REGION Barrage of Tous www.icv.gva.es WATER REUSE IN THE VALENCIAN REGION 505.600.000 m3 of sewage waters were treated in the Region of Valencia in 2005. 270.000.000 m3 of sewage waters treated in 2005 were recycled. An average of 71’3% of consumed water was recycled  Agriculture, gardening, city cleaning... Increase of 76% in treated water in 10 years 1995  206 sewage farms, 285 Hm3 treated. 2005  409 plants, more than 500 Hm3. Goals: treat 80% of the water consumed and recycle 70% of the treated water.
