2 + Los Verbos Action words are verbs. Most verbs in Spanish belong to a family or conjugation (for example –ar, -er, or – ir verbs).

3 + AR Verbs All verbs change their endings according to the subject (yo, tú, usted, él/ella, etc.). Lets look at the verb hablar – to talk/speak The infinitive is hablar, and the stem is habl-.

4 Yo - habloNosotros – hablamos Tú – hablasVosotros – habláis Usted – hablaUstedes – hablan Él/Ella – hablaEllos/Ellas - hablan
