Propósito y expectativas del curso de capacitación Reglas básicas Programa Trabajo en grupo, evaluación diaria, tareas para el día siguiente Directrices Opening Remarks – senior gFSC staff Course Purpose – train a cadre of personnel capable of being deployed in field environments as food security cluster coordinators or information management officers Expectations – Just as the food security cluster is a new creation and a work in progress, this training is also a work in progress. It is largely intended to foster discussion and thinking about key issues. It is hoped that much of the discussion will help guide the formulation of SOPs, etc. Understand that other trainings on specific topics (CAP, assessments) exist, so this is not intended to replace. Also not intended to “instruct” on the absolute “right way” to do things. Ultimately must stay on course schedule. A lot in four days! Evaluations – At the end of each day you are asked to fill out evaluations on the training received that day. Questions will cover the adequacy and appropriateness of topic coverage.
