JO Se debe de distribuir el Trabajo al personal Idóneo para que lo administre, tome decisiones y ponga en Marcha. E2 S AS Elaboración de Estatutos, calendarios, Planeación y comunicación de Riesgos a la Administración. Compromiso y Participación de interesados en el Proyecto. Establecer un Control Efectivo de los proyectos y de los posibles cambios de los Proyectos. Definir e Implementar aseguramiento y seguimiento de los Proyectos.
