3 Replace with a Direct Object Pronoun
Tati bought a surfboard. I looked for the tickets. The ghost saw Fideo and me. The teacher asked you. The students looked at me. Tati bought it. I looked for them. Santa saw us. The teacher asked you. The students looked at me.

6 Placement Place a direct object pronoun before a conjugated verb.
Ejemplos: Selena compró un traje de baño. Selena lo compró. Yo empecé la tarea. Yo la empecé. Luis invitó a Madelin y yo. Luis nos invitó.

7 Placement Place a direct object pronoun after an infinitive. (verb that ends in –ar, -er or –ir) Ejemplos: Diego tiene que comprar las gafas de sol. Diego tiene que comprarlas. The teacher wants to see you. La maestra quiere verte. Keisy is not going to invite me. Keisy no va a invitarme.

8 Answering Questions with Direct Object Pronouns
¿Escuchaste a la maestra? Instead of saying “I listened to the teacher.” Say “I listened to her.” Yo la escuché.

Instead of saying “Yes, I took the bus yesterday.” Say “Yes, I took it yesterday.” Sí, yo lo tomé ayer.
