3 COMPARISONS: In English, you just add “er” to an adjective when you compare it to something else. In Spanish, you say “more +adj+than” or “less+adj+than” to get the same words.

12 So how do you choose? Find the item that represents the “it” or “them” Is it masculine or feminine? Is it singular or plural? Tengo un libro. (un libro=ms) so you’d use LO

13 When you rewrite: 2 steps Step 1: Take out the original item, and replace it with “it” or “them” Tengo un libro. (un libro  lo) Tengo lo.

14 Step 2: Move the new “it” to in front of the conjugated ver, or at the end of the infinitive (you might not always have an infintive) Tengo lo.  Lo tengo. English word orderSpanish word order
