Ya sabemos… Me gusta = I like ______ (verb infinitive) Me gusta nadar. Me gusta tocar la guitarra. Remember, verbs end in AR, ER, and IR. These are the activities on your vocab list.

You can also use Me gusta with singular nouns. Me gusta = I like ______ (singular noun) Me gusta chocolate. Me gusta la guitarra. Me gusta baloncesto.

BUT … when you are describing PLURAL NOUNS you like, use Me gustan Me gustan = I like ______ (PLURAL noun) Me gustan animales. Me gustan hamburguesas.
