Pambazos carne deshebrada en un pan remojado en salsa de Chile que generalmente se vende en la calle en México. Estos fueron ofrecidos en venta frente a la Plaza de Toros en la ciudad de México is shredded meat on a bun soaked in chili sauce generally sold on the street in Mexico. How its Made El pan utilizado para pambazos es blanco y carece de una corteza crujiente. Este pan especial está hecha de harina, manteca de cerdo, huevos y es más dura y más seco que el bolillo similar (también utilizado para hacer sándwiches), que le permite conservar su forma al mismo tiempo ser empapado en salsa. Pambazos generalmente se encuentran en panaderías mexicanas donde se venden al igual que cualquier otro pan blanco. The bread used for pambazos is white and lacks a crispy crust. This particular bread is made of flour, lard, eggs, and is tougher and drier than the similar bolillo (also used for sandwiches), which allows it to retain its shape while being soaked in sauce. Pambazos are usually found in Mexican bakeries where they are sold just as any other white bread.
