Characteristics VERTEBRATES: They have a skeleton. Vertevrate bodies have several parts: The head: the skull protects the head The trunk: the spinal column, rids, shoulders and hips are all in the trunk. The limbs: the bones are long.They have four legs. The tail: this is an extension of the spinal column. The are very small vertevral in the taie.

More characteristics VIPAROUS: They are born from they mother´s womb. MAMMALS: They drink theyr mother´s milk. HERBIVORS: They eat plants, like grass, oats, pasture, hay. They have spesial teeth to help . Them cut and chew plants. UNGLATES: Horses have feet with hooves.
