Navidad en Panamá

The parades are very important in Panamá all the people go to the parades. They are very beautiful and fun, and have a lot of beautiful girls and a variety of bands. Las paradas son parte importante. En Panamá todas la personas van a las paradas. Son muy hermosas y divertidas. Tienen muchas jovenes muy bonitas y variedades de bandas

La comida Los tamales son parte muy importante de la comida de Panamá En navidad es una tradición tener tamales en la mesa. The tamales are a very important part of the Panamanians’ food at Christmas. It is a tradition to have tamales on the table.

Las frutas, el pavo, el pan, las bebidas, y el dulce también son importantes en la mesa. Fruits, turkey, bread, and cake are also important on the table.

La familia se reune, come, y ora por todas las bendiciones y por la comida. The family gets together, eats, and prays for their blessings and for the food.
