Los objetivos de esta reunión serán: 1) Conocer los reportes de las reuniones generales y parciales de la Colaboración y del Finance Board entre septiembre del 2007 y abril del ) Conocer sobre las actividades de investigación y desarrollo que se están llevando a cabo en México. 3) Analizar las perspectivas de nuevas iniciativas de investigación y desarrollo. 4) Analizar planes para la Escuela de Rayos Cósmicos y Astrofísica en Perú y la Escuela Mexicana de Partículas y Campos en San Carlos, Sonora. 5) Presentar iniciativas para la divulgación de los avances del Auger. 6) Checar la lista de autores 7) Los gastos de operación aun no cubiertos.

The invitation committee will prepare a simple, elegant invitation card. (Alberto had a proposed format). The card will be sent in some editable format to the country representatives to address and send out. The card will include Giorgio's signature. The card will have an RSVP with an address Response s’il vous plait

Each country representative will send the final list of invitees to Carola so that she can make a master list. The invitation committee will prepare a letter to be sent to those responding to the invitation. The letter will contain more details of the event and directions on how to travel to Malargue. We will ask each invitee to indicate how they want their name to appear on their name tag. Alan will compile and circulate a list of special people that we should make sure to invite. Send suggestions to him. The goal will be to have the invitation ready for printing and sending by *24 April*.
