The present perfect subjunctive is signaled just like the present subjunctive - after a subjunctive phrase or when there is a change in the subject. However, you use the present perfect subjunctive to say that you HAVE done something. Por ejemplo: Es bueno que yo haya bailado. It is good that I have danced.
It is very easy to form the present perfect subjunctive. First, you conjugate the verb haber in the present subjunctive. haber= to have (aux. verb) haya hayamos hayashayáis hayahayan
