What is a noun? Person, place, or thing. What are some examples of Spanish nouns we have learned? La galleta, la pizza, el refresco, la profesora, un amigo, unos muchachos, las papas fritas, etc.

What does an adjective do? Discuss with an amigo. Describes a noun. List some adjectives we have learned this year…. Alto, moreno, tonto, inteligente, travieso…..

When you are describing a masculine noun (el or un), you use the ending o for your adjective. *Some adjectives do not end in o like fuerte, inteligente, interesante, joven, trabajador
