Gustar
Gustar - to like Gustar is used to describe what you enjoy or like. Gustar is unlike other -ar verbs; it is only used in the “el, ella, usted” form: gusta However, you cannot use gusta without an indirect object pronoun.

Bellwork Write ten “I like” statements in Spanish. Be sure to use gustar and Spanish words that we have covered for the activities.
No me gusta In Spanish, to say you “do not” do something or like something, you must place the word “no” in front of the verb. For example, “no me gusta...” means “I don’t like...”
Example Negative Phrases No me gusta jugar basquetbol. No te gusta eschuar. No le gusta cenar en restaurantes mexicanos. No nos gusta escribir en español. No les gusta leer.
