When there is doubt over whether to subject is impersonal or not, use uno.  Uno se levanta temprano.One gets up early. 3.With the third person singular or plural of the verb to impersonalize accidental, unplanned or unexpected actions.  Siempre se nos olvida la cita.We always forget the appointment.  Se me cayeron los libros.I dropped the books. Note that the object dropped or forgotten is the subject of the verb.
