Ensayo Ubicación: Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Theatre 4 de Junio Kinder de 8:00-9:00am Quinto grado de 9:00-10:00am Se require que los padres acompañen a los estudiantes durante el tiempo del ensayo. De la manera mas cordial les pedimos llegar a tiempo al ensayo, ya que el estacionamiento sera limitado. Date & Times Graduation Date Graduation Times Wednesday, June 5th 2019 Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Theatre Graduation Times Kinder – 1:00pm-2:30pm Students need to arrive at 12:30pm. Doors open at 12:30 pm and will close at 12:50pm 5th grade – 4:30PM-6:00pm Students need to arrive at 4:00PM. Doors will open at 4:00 PM and will close at 4:20pm Graduations will start on the designated times. No exceptions.

El Dia de Graduación Día de Graduación sera: Miércoles 5 de Junio del 2019 Ubicación: Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Fine Arts Theater. Horarios: Kinder-1:00pm a 2:30pm Los estudiantes necesitan estar en la ubicación a las 12:30pm. Las puertas abrirán para el publico a partir de las 12:30pm y se cerraran a las 12:50pm. Quinto Grado- 4:30pm a 6:00pm Los estudiantes necesitan llegar a la ubicación a las 4:00pm. Las puertas se abrirán al publico a partir de las 4:00pm y cerraran a las 4:20pm. La Graduación se llevara acabo a partir de los tiempos designados. SIN EXCEPCIONES.

Tickets Due to LCC policies each student will get an equal number of tickets to accommodate their occupancy level. Kinder – 3 tickets each 5th Grade – 3 tickets each Tickets can only be picked up my parents/guardians. Extra tickets will be available for purchase in the front office for $5.00 each (NO CASH). Tickets will be on a first come first serve basis. Please note that children over four years old will need a ticket. Children under four years old will not need a ticket if they will be sitting on the parents lap the entire time.

Boletos de entrada Debido a las reglas de LCC, cada estudiante obtendrá la misma cantidad de boletos. Esto nos ayudara a adaptarnos al nivel de capacidad de la ubicación. Kinder – 3 boletos por estudiante Quinto– 3 boletos por estudiante Los boletos solo se podrán recoger por los padres o tutores del los estudiantes. Boletos adicionales estarán disponibles a la venta en nuestra oficina. Los boletos tendrán un costo de $5.00 cada uno (NO SE ACEPTA EFFECTIVO). Los niños mayores de 4 años de edad necesitaran un boleto de entrada. Los niños menores de 4 años no necesitaran un boleto de entrada pero si les pedimos de antemano que permanezcan sentados en las piernas de sus padres durante todo el tiempo del evento.

Restrictions – LCC Policies No balloons No horns, noise makers, etc. No signs, posters, banners, or any other item that may cause damage to the facility. No food or drinks allowed “All aisles, corridors, passages, and stairways shall be kept free and clear of obstructions and shall not be used other than for entering and exiting.” No strollers Wheelchairs are allowed

Restricciones- Reglas de LCC No Globos No se aceptara ningún tipo de generador de ruido (matracas, pitos, etc.) No se aceptaran pancartas o carteles que obstruyan la vista de los asistentes. No se permiten comidas ni bebidas. Todos los pasillos y escaleras deben mantenerse libres de obstrucciones. No se aceptan carriolas de ningún tipo. Sillas de ruedas están permitidas.
