Pronouns are used to replace nouns. Nouns are replaced to avoid repetition. OJO Ana es de Puerto Rico. Ana es doctora. Ana vive en un apartamento.

Ana can be replaced by she

Spanish Subject Pronouns: yo- I tú- you -informal usted- you formal él- he ella- she nosotros/as- we ustedes – all of you ellos/as- they

Remember… subject pronouns replace nouns OJO Miguel es policía. o Él es policía.
