argentina Y su idioma

¿Qué sabemos de Argentina? Cultura Idioma La tierra

¿Crees que el idioma es lo mismo que Español Mexicano?

Las diferencias Like many other dialects, Rioplatense features yeísmo: the sounds represented by ll (historically the palatal lateral /ʎ/) and y (historically the palatal approximant /j/) have fused into one. Thus, in Rioplatense, se cayó "he fell down" is homophonous with se calló "he became silent". This merged phoneme is generally pronounced as a postalveolar fricative, either voiced [ʒ] (as in English measure or the French j) in the central and western parts of the dialect region or voiceless [ʃ] (as in the French ch) in and around Buenos Aires (called sheísmo). Voiced= sounds from vocal chords [ʒ] Voiceless= sounds from air [ʃ]

… “ll” “ya” “ll” = “sha” Yo me llamo= sho me shamo (pronunciation) Se cayo= se caysho

Slang Not only are their pronounced differences, but Argentine Spanish is TEEMING with slang ¡Bajá un cambio!- chill out! Or Relax! Cara rota- shameless person Estar en el horno- to be stressed out or in a bad situation Mala leche- bad luck No dá – sorry, unacceptable or doesn’t fly

Las diferencias Rioplatense Mexican durazno frutilla fresa papa sweater/suéter/pulóver suéter auto carro/auto/coche celular computadora valija maleta/petaca pollera falda remera camiseta/playera

Vos v Tú One of the features is voseo: the usage of the pronoun vos for the second person singular, instead of tú. In other Spanish-speaking regions where voseo is used, it is typically considered a nonstandard lower-class variant In Argentina, voseo is standardly informal like tú. Argentinians will also use the Ustedes form instead of vosotros

How to Conjugate vos Verbs are easily conjugated when using vos. To conjugate verbs in the present: -ar verbs: drop ar and add ás to the stem -er verbs: drop er and add és to the stem -ir verbs: drop ir and add ís to the stem

Vos v tu Person/Number Normal Rioplatense 1st sing. yo amo 2nd sing. tú amas vos amás¹ 3rd sing. él ama 1st plural nosotros amamos 2nd plural vosotros amáis ustedes aman² 3rd plural ellos aman

Diferencias Culturales  Argentina tiene una influencia Italiana El idioma tiene un ritmo como una canción Los Argentinos no apoyan el español de una persona de los EEUU Argentinians will not encourage or support the Spanish of an American like someone from Mexico or Costa Rica would.

Alveolar Trills La habilidad de redoblar los “RRs” en español se refiere a “alveolar trills” Your alveolar ridge is located behind your teeth at the top of your mouth and is the main touchpoint when rolling your RRs
